What happens to my credit card information?
* If you paid by Credit
Card: You will receive an order confirmation via
email, please check it carefully to make sure all information
is correct. Separately you will receive an email advising
you of your credit card transaction number and verifying
that your payment information has been processed and received.
If you have special requests regarding your order and have
not noted them on the order form, please contact us immediately.
We need to know if you have certain preferences or requests
so we can better service you.
If your order was processed after office
hours it will be processed the next business day. Our orders
generally ship within 3-5 business days, including those
that have to be made. If we see that it will be longer than
a week, we will notify you of an approximate shipping time
and keep you updated.

* Faxed orders:
If you are faxing your order, please fax it to 1 (757) 437-2803.
Please be sure to include your credit card information as
follows: Type card, credit card number, expiration date

here. It will be processed when the faxed order is received.
* Check Payment
Orders: If you are paying by personal check it
is our policy to hold the order until the check has cleared.
This usually takes up to 14 days. At which time your order
will be processed and an email notice will be sent advising
you that your order has shipped.
* Money Order
Payment Orders: Your order will be processed as
soon as we receive your money order. It will usually ship
within 48 hours, just like a credit card payment.
* How your
order will arrive: Your order will be shipped via
U.S. Postal Service. We strive to keep prices low and shipping
free for a limited time.

to reach us: Should you have any questions regarding
your order or our customer service do not hesitate to contact

* Will my personal
information be stored or my email address added
to a mailing list? No, we do not store your information
or share it with anyone. We may send you emails regarding
questions we may have about your order, we also send a shipping
notice. You may even be asked if you would like to join
our mailing list to get updates or notices of new products
and specials via email, but we will not add you to our mailing
list, this is something you have to do yourself.
Other than the information we need to recording
your order for bookkeeping purposes, there will be no other
information stored in our systems.
* What about
my credit card information, what do you do with
that? When you pay via online secure credit card processing,
the only ones that receive that information is the company,
Authorize.net and the credit card company. We do not have
access to your credit card information. The only information
we get are the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of your
credit card number, along with the expiration date, your
name and address, the amount billed and a transaction number.
All other information is hidden to us.
If you have paid via telephone with your credit
card the information is destroyed as soon as the credit
card payment has been manually processed. No one has access
to that information. We will keep your credit card information
on file, if, and only if you request it. This is offered
as a convenience to you, to make it easier for you to place
future orders.
